Americere® 500

An optical grade cerium oxide based polishing powder. Americere 500 is designed for polishing of architectural and mass glass production materials. Americere 500 can also be used for polishing precision optical components of glass, fused silica and quartz. 

Americere 500 produces fast stock removal and superb surface finishes, it cleans easily from the glass and does not stick to machinery. Americere 500 is compatible with various felts and polishing pads. Americere 500 is zinc free.
