Our customer base began in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 2002; it has now grown throughout the Continental US, as well as spreading to mid east and south Americas.  We have two distribution centers in the US allowing us to serve clients on both coasts.

Our distinct competitive advantage is our unparalleled product development capability and manufacturing efficiency. We recently entered into a strategic relationship with a Chinese rare earth firm. This gives Tyflong better control over the raw material supply and manufacturing aspects of our core products.

At Tyflong,  product development is a continuous operation. Tyrox-90 is our latest new cerium product for the glass/mirror industry; it has now been adopted by major mirror manufacturers in the U.S.  These customers have seen their cerium usage volume decrease by up to 50% due to Tyrox-90’s longevity and high stock removal rate characteristics.

We also offer a line of diamond grinding wheels, both segmented and continuous; resin bond diamond wheels, diamond router bits, and felt polishing wheels for Italian and Asian machinery. 

We employ an experienced sales force supported by a network of distributors. Our field sales people are strategically located across the country, allowing us to offer local technical support and effectively respond to customer needs.
